As everything is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.  However, please message us if there is an issue with anything you have ordered and we'll rectify it as quickly as we can.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
